Happy to visit you at home or at work for any problem; big or small. We'll diagnose what is wrong with your computer, and give you a good estimate on how much it's going to be and how long.
If it can't be fixed onsite, or if it is more convenient for you; we have a fully capable workshop where your computer can be fixed, setup, upgraded or updated. Having your computer in our workshop can save you money too! It's an obvious advantage that we can work on more then one computer at one time whilst in the workshop, and not waiting for a single computer to finish what it is doing, therefore you only get charged for the time it took for us to work on your PC - not how long it took to do the processing.
As our new suppliers come on board, we will be expanding into the sales side of things and be able to supply you with the best brands and competitive prices for all your computing needs, from the latest name brand computer systems and peripherals to custom built machines that are specifically designed to your needs. Whether we just sold you your next piece of computer technology, or you have just gotten it delivered or brought it home from the shops, we don't mind if you didn't get it from us! We are more then happy to help you setup and service your new or old; computer, broadband connection (or other internet connection), VIOP Phone, printer, scanner, home network, or even your digital camera!. We like to keep things simple, so we have one basic rate for both 'To your door' service and workshop service. Minimum call out (first 30 mins) - $50 Hourly Rate thereafter - $80/hr charged in 1/4 hour increments We have no travel charges within our normal working radius (please see our 'About' page for more info) Outside the working normal radius incurs a travel charge rate dependant on time.
